Hope Island             

Positioned towards the northern end of the Gold Coast, Hope Island is a relatively young suburb. It is popular for its canal-front living and easy access to the Broadwater.

The area has grown in popularity and has become a viable option for families with plenty of services and facilities available. Hope Island Resort offers a world-class golf course and million dollar homes within this prestigious suburb. The beauty of the area as well as the easy access to the Coomera River and Broadwater have ensured the continued popularity of this region.

Hope Island offers exclusive canal front living. Because the area has only existed for about 15 years, most houses are in good condition and many are near new. Large two-storey brick homes are still available and land is scarce.

Hope Island Resort Marina Shopping Village has a supermarket, bottle shop, newsagent, pharmacy and bakers suitable to purchase boat provisions.

A number of good restaurants are also available here. Five minutes away is Sanctuary Cove with specialty shopping and cafes on the edge of the Coomera River. For department stores and major grocery stores Harbour Town Shopping Centre and Runaway Bay Shopping Village are both 10 minutes away.

Robina

Centrally located and fastly becoming one of the business hubs of the gold Coast, Robina offers a

Situated only 10 minutes from the broadwater and 5 minutes to the freeway, access to the rest of the Gold Coast is at your doorstep.  A  thorough public transport system runs through the area including both buses and trains allowing easy access to areas further than the Coast.

Varsity Lakes

Varsity Lakes represents an exciting lakeside address situated in one of Australia’s fastest growing

Burleigh Heads

A beach side community, Burleigh Heads is directly in-between Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise offering
a wonderful National Park where you can get to see some fabulous scenery and a range of wildlife, as well as more great Gold Coast beaches. You can also get amazing views of the surrounding coastline from Burleigh Heads.

The beaches in Burleigh are lined with beautiful parkland, with picnic and BBQ areas for you to enjoy. Fabulous beaches and fabulous food makes the perfect blend on a sunny day. Alternatively sample the
local cuisine in one of the beachfront cafes or restaurants and then wander around the great art and craft markets which are very popular.

Southern Suburbs   


Currumbin

Currumbin is small coastal town on the southern Gold Coast just south of Surfers Paradise. Currumbin boasts a sheltered swimming and surfing beach where the mouth of the Currumbin Creek and the Pacific Ocean meet.

Currumbin can be distinguished from other beaches by the Currumbin Rock. Standing several metres tall, the rock separates the two beaches of Currumbin and offers an excellent vantage point to watch the local surfers brave the waves. There are also expansive views north to Surfers Paradise and south to Coolangatta.

t's an excellent place to bring your families and friends for afternoon barbeques or a snack at one of the cafes along the esplanade. And just a little further from the beach you'll find Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
